Removed sound bites such as "You know" from Karen and the mention of Cook County Hospital from the one patient. There's not a lot of good video of the vision doctors as they were in that dark room. I added 2 photos that we had at the end instead of video to round it out. The graphic has also been changed to better represent the service given.
